Consultations and proposals
Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract. Design services begin only after a written agreement is signed by both parties and any required retainer is received.
Estimates
Budgets and timelines shared before a signed agreement are estimates. Final pricing depends on scope, product availability, lead times, and third-party trade schedules.
Products and furnishings
Furnishings and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties, availability, and return policies. Custom orders are generally non-returnable once production begins.
